A leading international law firm with a dynamic London office is seeking a Docket Specialist to join their Intellectual Property team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in trade mark docketing to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate trade mark docketing for both domestic and international portfolios.
• Monitor deadlines, renewal dates, and filings to ensure timely and efficient processing.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external counsel to facilitate docketing needs.
• Use trade mark docketing systems effectively to track and update information.
• Support the IP team with administrative tasks related to trade mark prosecution and maintenance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in trade mark docketing.
• Experience with both domestic and international trade mark docketing preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of trade mark docketing systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
