Financial Controller

As Financial Controller, you'll be the cornerstone of our financial operations—ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and strategic insight to support decision-making at every level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations within the finance department
• Deliver timely and accurate monthly management accounts
• Manage the month-end close process, including reconciliations and analysis
• Lead the year-end process and ensure financial statements are audit-ready
• Support external auditors during annual audits
• Drive budgeting and forecasting, including leading the annual budget cycle
• Manage cash flow and working capital with a proactive approach
• Maintain and enhance internal financial controls
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
• Develop and mentor the transactional finance team

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or Qualified by Experience
• Strong Excel and ERP System experience
• Proven ability to manage and develop a small finance team
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and analytical skills
• A hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement
