Senior Payroll Officer – 3-6 month contract – Hybrid in London – up to £65,000 per annum Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a reputable financial services firm, which is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer on a 3-6 month FTC basis. This is a sole role and has full ownership of the BAU processing for UK & 4 international countries across the globe. Senior Payroll Officer will be assisting/overseeing such duties as: * Manage, administer and oversee governance process of UK and overseas payrolls, for 750 employees. * Responsible for overseeing the processing and distribution of employee bonuses for end of year * Process and review month end reporting * Ongoing management of Workday account * Review and complete various monthly reconciliations and be first point of contact for finance teams * Arrange payroll sign-off up to CEO level * Reconcile gross pay control on a monthly basis to track and report on variances * Deal with queries from employees, managers, HMRC, the bank and third parties as required * Review, calculate and process manual payments including split currency payments monthly * Raise payment requisitions for payroll deductions to statutory bodies and benefits providers Key Skills & Responsibilities: * 5 years+ of UK and Eurasia specific payroll experience * Worked within a trading house environment and experienced with bonus payments is essential * Wo…
