The predicted salary is between 28000 - 42000 £ per year.

Our client is a leading transport provider throughout the UK & Ireland offering a range of services from a one off single pallet through to long term contracts with in-house Management. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Traffic Operator to work at the Preston depot. Working within our Operations Team this is an exciting role in what is a fast moving environment.

Pay and hours of work

  • £35,000 annual salary
  • 10:00 am to 19:00 pm Monday to Friday

Duties will include:

  • Answering phone calls/responding to emails in required time frames
  • Supporting Operations Team
  • Dealing with day to day issues, with both internal colleagues and customers/partners
  • Providing support to drivers & warehouse team
  • Planning delivery/collections to ensure service levels maintained

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, confident, have great personable skills and have previous experience of working in a transport role. An individual with experience in pallet network would be preferred, but training can be given to the ideal candidate.
