We are seeking a results-driven Biosimilars Brand Manager to lead the commercial strategy for legacy and newly launched biosimilars, including NHS procurement and GTM execution. This role also offers exposure to innovative medicine launches within STADA UKs fastest-growing business unit.
How You Will Make an Impact:- Monitor and analyse legacy biosimilar performance, developing innovative strategies to protect and grow the portfolio.
- Conduct market and policy analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive shifts in the biosimilars space.
- Support market share growth by leveraging insights and competitive intelligence to inform GTM and commercial decisions.
- Develop and execute NHS procurement strategies across England and devolved nations to secure business success.
- Build strong relationships with key NHS stakeholders and collaborate closely with internal UK and global teams.
- Lead launch planning and GTM execution for new biosimilars, including sales team training and customer marketing materials.
- Provide marketing support for innovative medicine launches in alignment with brand strategy.
- Manage the delivery of the marketing plan, ensuring timely execution, budget tracking, and ABPI-compliant materials.
- A bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, product management, or commercial roles.
- Experience with biosimilars or specialty pharmaceuticals is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and curiosity to interpret data and market trends for informed decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage external stakeholders.
- Solid commercial acumen and understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics.
