Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a PCB Test and Assembly Operative to work in Deeside

Job Details:

• Pay: £28,300 per annum
• Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 7am – 4.15pm
• Duration: Permanent
• Benefits: Competitive pension scheme, staff discount scheme, 3 day weekends

Job Role: As a PCB Test and Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for the electrical assembly and testing of kits to IPC standards. The role involves precision soldering of surface mount and through-hole components, and working from detailed instructions to assemble and test a range of electronic components. Accurate data recording and maintaining traceability are key parts of this role.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Previous soldering experience for surface mount and through-hole components
• Excellent attention to detail

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• IPC certifications
