We\’re looking an dynamic and experienced individual to join our 2AA rosette restaurant and cocktail bar as a Restaurant Supervisor! Managing both front-of-house and kitchen operations, ensuring that our team works cohesively to provide outstanding service to our guests.
What You\’ll Do:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff, ensuring a positive team environment.
• Oversee food preparation and kitchen management, collaborating closely with chefs.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
• Implement health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assist in creating menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

• Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is essential.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
