Are you an outgoing, self-starting professional who enjoys being at the forefront of learning and sharing product knowledge? Our client is looking for a dynamic Product Specialist to lead the way in product education and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Be the Face of Our Products Create and deliver high-quality in-person product training across the UK Create & run in-house training sessions to upskill internal staff Stay up to date with supplier training and product developments Create and deliver engaging product training videos
must be camera confident Deliver confident and polished product presentations to groups and individuals Be a go-to expert and ambassador for our full product range Set up new clients for success by coordinating and supporting our industry-leading onboarding programme Product Knowledge and Awareness Maintain a deep understanding of all product categories Train teams on usage, benefits, and best practices Support the creation of product content, including guides, training materials, and short video clips Assist in rolling out new products or product changes to both internal teams and external clients Content and Training Support Work closely with marketing and sales to manage product-related content Help design and deliver product campaigns and training assets Monitor engagement with training materials and make improvements where needed

willing and able to travel regularly across the UK Content savvy
confident in managing training resources, video files, and digital content Product passionate
