Schedule:4 days per week (Tuesday – Friday ), must be flexible
Hours:06:45 15:45 (06:45 11:45 on Friday)
Pay Rate:£12.50-£13.50

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and reliable Assembly Workers to join our client in Basildon on tractor manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble tractor parts and components according to specifications and assembly instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely to complete assembly tasks.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet manufacturing standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
