THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE WORKING WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AT THE OFFICE IN FARRINGDON.
A fantastic music and entertainment agency based in the Barbican/Farringdon area is looking for a part time receptionist to work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday every week, this is office based. With hours of 9:30-6pm, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a part-time role.
Salary: Β£16,800 per annum.
As Receptionist it will be your responsibility to ensure all visitors and clients are given a warm and professional welcome. Duties will be as follows:
- Answering the phone and passing on messages as appropriate
- Maintaining the look and feel of the reception and wider office, ensuring the spaces are ready for all to enjoy
- Maintaining the office facilities including cleaning the coffee machine and ordering all office consumables
- Ordering stationery, couriers, and national and international post
- Receiving deliveries and distributing to the relevant departments
- Booking meeting rooms and assisting with AV equipment if required
- Providing refreshments for Board meetings
- Assisting other members of staff during busy times and as requested with desk-based tasks related to the overall business objectives
