Your Key Responsibilities as a CRM Graduate:
Our CRM team sits within the European Direct-to-Consumer function and covers all data-driven marketing within the digital space. Working in a small, closely-knit, and productive team, you’ll be exposed to a wide range of product launches and campaigns. You will help provide strategy, direction, and implementation across 18 European markets in 34 languages. This role provides strong grounding in both creative and data-driven marketing approaches, giving you end-to-end campaign experience.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented marketer to support CRM execution, particularly around email campaigns, product review generation, and post-purchase initiatives. You’ll work closely with local markets to unify strategy, share insights, and help maintain quality in creative outputs.
- Support CRM marketing strategy to drive customer engagement and sales, with a specific focus on Email and Push activity
- Develop campaigns aimed at collecting positive user reviews
- Contribute to post-purchase loyalty efforts, from onboarding new customers to engaging brand advocates
- Improve product and brand awareness across CRM channels (Email, Push Notifications, Loyalty app), focusing primarily on Email
- Collaborate with creative agencies and internal marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Help meet business goals and key performance indicators
- Provide reporting and analysis of CRM performance and metrics
- Support weekly central calls with European teams, including content collation and insight sharing
- Assist with creative review and proofreading to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Brief creative agencies or internal design teams on campaign content requirements
- Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives through A/B testing, reporting, and analysis
- Benchmark campaign performance and share insights across markets
- Support project management by tracking progress and standard processes
