Responsibilities

  1. Conceptualization & Implementation: You will take charge of planning and managing automated multichannel campaigns in HubSpot, to optimize lead quality.
  2. Targeted Segmentation of Audiences: You will work closely with marketing experts from various practice areas on content and segment customer groups by objectives and industry affiliation.
  3. Continuous Automation of Our Workflows: You analyze and optimize campaigns to refine automation workflows for lead generations based on KPIs.
  4. Content Management: You will create SEO-optimized landing pages, collaborating closely with our agency on the development of WordPress modules.
  5. Optimized Website Performance: You will ensure the continuous improvement of the conversion rate based on the analysis of website metrics.

Qualifications

  1. You have a successfully completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification .
  2. You have at least 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in Performance Marketing and in developing multinational campaigns with HubSpot.
  3. You have advanced knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and CRM (WordPress).
  4. You are proactive and show a high level of initiative . You approach your tasks proactively, completing them with care and attention to detail . An analytical mindset is one of your strengths.
  5. You are a strong communicator and fluent in English .
