What You Will Do:
At Vista, Finance is positioned to be a strategic partner of the business as well as the first line of accountability. As the Sr. FP&A Manager PPAG (Promotional Products, Apparel & Gifts), you will partner with the Vice President PPAG and the global PPAG leadership team to lead financial analyses and modeling, drive financial insights and accountability for the business, and support operational decision making. This is a key role within Vista that will help shape the future of the company and the overall finance organization. This remote-first position will be based in Europe and report to the FP&A Director Europe & PPAG.
- Proactively evaluate the results of operations, monitor trends, review product profitability, risks, opportunities, and recommend actions.
- Partner with the PPAG leadership team on the assessment and measurement of business and strategic investment performance.
- Perform financial modeling, including discounted cash flow analysis, for key decisions such as price & discount changes, customer profitability, and category investments.
- Evaluate the impact of strategic financial decisions and present recommendations to leadership.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for PPAG globally.
- Present and communicate to all levels of the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting).
- Proven skills in performing sophisticated financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of management P&Ls and profitability drivers.
- Track record of driving results together with business partners.
- Problem-solving and multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English required, additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in the promotional product industry is a plus.
