Due to the continued growth of our business and recent acquisition of a large number of properties, we are thrilled to announce three newly created permanent roles for Electrical Technicians to join our Compliance Testing team at Paradigm Housing Group. This is your opportunity to play a key role in upholding the highest electrical safety and compliance standards across our properties, ensuring safe and well-maintained homes for our residents.
About the Role
As a key member of our Compliance Electrical Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring 100% electrical compliance for all Paradigm properties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), installations, servicing, repairs, and rewires of domestic properties.
- Performing annual emergency lighting tests and other duties as required by the business.
- Delivering a βfirst-time fix' service, ensuring minimal disruption for our residents and providing outstanding customer care.

- Extensive experience in domestic installations, periodic inspections, fault finding, servicing, repairs, and rewires.
- Relevant certifications: City and Guilds 2365 Level 2 and 3 (or equivalent), and 17th / 18th Edition qualification.
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation, including construction, building regulations, and health and safety.
- Clear/effective communication skills to interact with residents and colleagues.
- A full, valid driving licence.
