Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. This role will be within our Private networks - We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.
What will you be doing?
- You’ll have day to day management of the OSS suite of services and underlying infrastructure as part of a 2nd Line team.
- You’ll be proactive and Reactive within Incident Management.
- You’ll have user Access Management & Vulnerability Management System Governance to ensure the effective operation of the services.
- Providing Out of Hours Support via an On-Call Rota.
What you’ll bring
- You’ll bring experience with supporting OSS applications from a 2nd and 3rd Line level.
- You’ll have the experience of working with developers/vendors implementing fixes or improvements to systems.
- Experience of LINUX and Microsoft Operating Systems.
- You’ll have the exposure to ITIL Methodologies.
- The ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple, customer centric language.
