Responsibilities:
- Advise on wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, estate administration, and powers of attorney.
- Act for HNW/UHNW clients on succession planning, family wealth structuring, and business-related estate issues.
- Deliver bespoke solutions tailored to clients’ individual and commercial needs, including cross-border work.
- Draft complex legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Support and mentor junior solicitors within the team.
- Engage in business development and help shape the future of the practice.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years’ PQE in private client law at a respected City, regional, or boutique firm.
- Strong technical expertise in trusts, estates, tax planning, and related areas.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive and complex matters with discretion.
- A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for private client work.
- STEP membership (or working towards) is preferred.
- Some form of client following preferred.
