Responsibilities:

• Advise on wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, estate administration, and powers of attorney.
• Act for HNW/UHNW clients on succession planning, family wealth structuring, and business-related estate issues.
• Deliver bespoke solutions tailored to clients’ individual and commercial needs, including cross-border work.
• Draft complex legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Support and mentor junior solicitors within the team.
• Engage in business development and help shape the future of the practice.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years’ PQE in private client law at a respected City, regional, or boutique firm.
• Strong technical expertise in trusts, estates, tax planning, and related areas.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive and complex matters with discretion.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for private client work.
• STEP membership (or working towards) is preferred.
• Some form of client following preferred.
