Notre client, un cabinet de conseil international basé à Londres, recherche des profils de Consultant Senior à Senior Manager pour ses équipes dédiées aux problématiques métier et SI du secteur de la Banque d’investissement et des Services aux investisseurs.
Dans le cadre de vos missions de Conseil, vous accompagnerez des sociétés dans leurs projets de transformation et de digitalisation, de la définition de stratégie opérationnelle au pilotage et à la conduite du changement.
Vos missions pourront être les suivantes :
- Développements de nouvelles activités, nouveaux services, nouveaux produits
- Accompagnement sur les démarches d’innovation (Big Data, amélioration du parcours client, stratégie digitale…)
- Projets de mise en conformité réglementaire (MiFID2, FRTB, BCBS239…)
- Suivi du plan de recommandation d’inspection / d’audits internes
- Optimisation des processus
- Organisation des chaînes reporting, définition et pilotage des KPI pour des activités de back office
- Définition et mise en œuvre de programmes d’amélioration de l’efficacité, d’optimisation des organisations, processus métier et des fonctions
De formation BAC+5 en école de commerce ou en école d’ingénieur, vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins trois ans acquise en cabinet de conseil ou en interne auprès d’institutions financières, dans le domaine de la Banque d’investissement ou des Services aux investisseurs. Vous avez développé une solide maîtrise de la gestion de projet et une connaissance de l’environnement CIB/Securities Services.
Vous maitrisez les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio…) ainsi que l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit. Le package de rémunération proposé est attractif et basé sur le marché Londonien.
