What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and supporting a skilled workshop team day-to-day
- Diagnosing, servicing & repairing construction plant machinery (excavators, loaders, etc.)
- Providing mentorship & technical guidance to engineers and apprentices
- Ensuring workshop efficiency, safety, and top-tier service quality
- Using the latest diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical & hydraulic faults
What You'll Need:
- NVQ Level 3 in Plant, HGV, Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering (essential)
- Strong hands-on experience with construction/heavy plant machinery
- Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions & electrics
- A proactive approach to leadership - whether experienced or ready to step up
