In 2023, they opened a new leg of the business to carve out a team dedicated to all things Web3, which is now over 80 strong and servicing near 600 digital asset clients globally. They partner with some of the industry's most influential players - cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain innovators, Web3 pioneers, and digital asset funds - offering tailored audit, tax, and advisory services that keep pace with this fast-evolving landscape.
Location: London, Fitzrovia
Package: £57,000 - £60,000 plus a strong bonus structure (£1,000 - £8,000), private medical, private pension, profit share scheme, international conferences, paid overtime, generous annual leave.

They place a strong emphasis on progression. Their commitment to internal promotions is reflected in the rapid career growth within the firm. A large number of individuals have progressed to Manager level within just six months of joining the team and as it stands they are averaging one promotion to partner level approximately every quarter.
