Are you an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator or Sales Administrator on the look out for a compelling new role? Does the thought of working for an innovative designer and manufacturer of hi-tech worldwide products sound exciting? We are currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join a highly successful, privately owned company that designs and manufactures hi-tech capital equipment for worldwide export in Bridgend.
As Inside Sales Coordinator you will:
- Be the main contact between customers and the company and the sales team to facilitate the placing and processing of customer orders
- Maintain regular communication with customers, particularly key accounts by telephone and email
- Gather, record and process information on customer requirements to generate service and spare parts quotations
- Coordinate and pass information to other team members as required, to enable customer requirements to be analysed and responded to correctly
- Maintain a clear picture of all concurrent customer enquiries and monitor all outstanding quotations
- Use your attention to detail when updating and maintaining the quote log whilst entering data and sales leads into the CRM system
- Process customer orders through to completion including managing any adjustments
- Support our two overseas offices; processing and administration of paperwork for quotes and sales orders and general CRM enquiries
