We are hiring for a Scrum Master - Driving Agile Delivery in Financial Services (API / CLOUD).
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days in Knutsford Office.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and focused on delivering value.
- Effectively manage and maintain the change backlog, ensuring it is transparent, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding of the full end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Solid hands-on technical experience in building and implementing software solutions.
- Experience in software and solution design across distributed and integrated architectures.
- Proven experience working within the Banking Domain.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / API development fundamentals / Application Servers (Websphere, Weblogic, JBoss, Tomcat) / Cloud deployment.
