A new opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to join a fresh implementation programme. This is a key role requiring leadership, deep HCM solution knowledge, and strong client engagement skills.

- Experience in full UK HCM suite setup
- Track record of leading Oracle Cloud HCM deployments
- Deep configuration skills across Core HR, Absence, and Payroll (UK)
- 5 Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead the end-to-end solution design and build for Oracle Cloud HCM
- Collaborate with Systems Integrators to ensure solution fit and quality delivery
- Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to the Programme Director
- Work with internal Business Partners to support a smooth deployment process
- Manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders
