- Lead the end-to-end solution design and build for Oracle Cloud HCM
- Collaborate with Systems Integrators to ensure solution fit and quality delivery
- Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to the Programme Director
- Work with internal Business Partners to support a smooth deployment process
- Manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders
