A new opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to join a fresh implementation programme. This is a key role requiring leadership, deep HCM solution knowledge, and strong client engagement skills.

  • Lead the end-to-end solution design and build for Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Collaborate with Systems Integrators to ensure solution fit and quality delivery
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to the Programme Director
  • Work with internal Business Partners to support a smooth deployment process
  • Manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders
