About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workday Technical Architect to join a leading enterprise HR technology programme. In this role, you will work closely with platform teams, functional consultants, and enterprise architects to design and deliver scalable Workday solutions that align with strategic business goals. You will own technical design across key Workday modules and lead integration planning with third-party systems, driving forward enhancements, solution blueprints, and architectural governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage solution design from ideation through implementation.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable architecture and solution roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and domain teams to align with IT standards.
  • Define and oversee integrations between Workday and external platforms.
  • Participate in planning, demos, testing, and release activities.
  • Conduct reviews and approvals through technical design assurance and governance processes.
  • Contribute to system upgrade strategies and platform transformation initiatives.
