If you've supported technical projects, worked with infrastructure or cloud systems, and are eager to grow into a customer-facing delivery role this could be the perfect opportunity.

Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of technical solutions to customers, ensuring alignment with requirements and project goals.
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and managing technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the design, configuration, and integration of IP-based infrastructure and cloud systems.
- Participate in system testing, validation, and customer acceptance activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, DevOps, Support, PMO) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Help prepare technical documentation and customer-facing materials.
- Attend customer meetings and site visits, with occasional travel and overnight stays.
- Some experience working on technical projects ideally in infrastructure, networking, or cloud environments.
- A good understanding of IP communications, system integration, or Linux/Windows environments.
- Interest in developing skills in project delivery, customer engagement, and commercial awareness.
- Demonstrates a proactive, solution-driven mindset taking full ownership of technical challenges, persisting through obstacles, and ensuring issues are fully resolved, documented, and communicated to all stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical ideas clearly.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn from others.
- Ideally a degree in a STEM subject or equivalent.
