They supply industry leading solutions to the construction, infrastructure, maintenance, and industrial market. Their growth has highlighted areas in which they need to bolster an excellent senior leadership team with additional talent that complements their skill set and adds to the company's success and acceleration.
The Role
You’ll take full ownership of national sales performance, leading and developing a team of regional sales managers and key account professionals. Reporting into the MD, you’ll work closely with other board members to shape commercial strategy and ensure consistent, profitable growth.
