We’re partnering with a specialist AI and advanced analytics consultancy at the forefront of innovation across the UK’s private and public healthcare sectors. They are seeking an exceptional AI Innovation Senior Manager (or Director-level equivalent) to lead and inspire their data science team in shaping the future of health technology.
The role
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers within an innovation lab-style environment.
- Work closely with clinical leaders and healthcare stakeholders to identify unmet needs, and drive the design, development, and implementation of PoC and MVP AI solutions.
- Incubate and scale AI and analytics products that address critical healthcare challenges and improve patient outcomes across the UK.
- Own and guide the product development lifecycle - from ideation to MVP to national rollout.
Who we’re looking for
- A proven leader in AI, advanced analytics, or healthcare product development, ideally within a consulting or innovation environment.
- A background that bridges clinical understanding and AI/analytics innovation - perhaps you studied medicine before moving into data-driven roles.
- Experience of working at the intersection of technology and clinical practice, with empathy for the pressures faced by frontline healthcare professionals.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills - you can connect deeply with clinicians, operational teams, and executives alike.
