About the Role
As the Lead Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. You will oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and access control systems for our esteemed clients. You will lead and collaborate with our sales and engineering teams, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier service and support. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to:

Responsibilities:
- Establishment of Security Systems: Oversee the installation of intruder alarms, CCTV, door hardware, mechanical and electrical locking systems, automatic doors, and access control systems at various client sites.
- System Configuration and Testing: Ensure comprehensive configuration and testing of these systems to guarantee their optimal operation.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Lead the diagnosis and rectification of any system-related issues, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted functionality.
- Ongoing System Support: Provide continuous maintenance and support for these systems, ensuring their longevity and reliability.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and engineering teams, contributing your expertise to deliver the most effective and suitable solutions to our clients.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
