This role is 4 days in the office in Notting Hill. Salary is £35k-£40k.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-line support to users for hardware, software, and system issues (Windows, macOS, mobile devices, printers).
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 applications and services (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot infrastructure components including networks, NAS servers, CCTV, and Wi-Fi systems.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, security protocols, and data protection regulations.
  • Review and contribute to cybersecurity reports, training completion tracking, and incident response documentation.
  • Set up, manage, and maintain user accounts, hardware, and software across offices and remote environments.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for service and support as required.
  • Prepare documentation, guides, and procedures for internal IT processes.
  • Provide support and occasional onsite assistance in the Paris office.
  • Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across global offices.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
  • Minimum of 2 years in an IT Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (O365), including administration and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls).
  • Experience with both macOS and Windows environments.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity practices and tools.
  • Experience using Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
  • High degree of autonomy and problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to support users at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe (e.g., to the Paris office).

Desirable / Bonus Skills

  • Experience working in a multi-office or global organization.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote monitoring/management tools (RMMs).
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, Miro.
  • Scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
