The IWG head office legal team plays a key role in delivering commercial and legal advice across the world. We now seek to appoint a talented lawyer who can readily integrate into this energetic and creative working environment. Reporting to the General Counsel, Corporate and Commercial, and working closely with management across all areas of the business, you will advise on a variety of legal and commercial affairs across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Structuring and negotiating corporate real estate, M&A and other commercial transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures and major client agreements
- Advising on related commercial, intellectual property, real estate, employment matters and intra-group structuring
- Working either autonomously or in multidisciplinary teams, it is essential that you are commercially astute and are capable of managing risk, with the ability to resolve complex matters involving multiple interests
- Able to quickly gain the trust of stakeholders through the ability to advise in a calm and diplomatic fashion
- You will be a UK qualified lawyer with at least six years’ post qualified experience gained from a leading law firm and/or a similar international company
