We are currently recruiting for an experienced Steel Fabricator to join a well-established staircase company. This is a full-time, long-term position with a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.
The role offers the chance to work with a professional and growing team specialising in the fabrication of steel components for construction and industrial projects.
Duties will include:
- Fabricating structural steel from drawings (e.g., beams, columns, platforms)
- Using MIG welding and fabrication tools
- Cutting, drilling, and preparing materials
- Working to high-quality standards in a busy workshop environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with structural steel
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in MIG welding and fabrication processes
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Own PPE preferred
