We are currently recruiting for two temporary Graduate Engineers (even if currently studying) to support a project within a manufacturing environment that produces electro-mechanical components for automotive and off-highway industries. Based near Tyseley, both roles are very similar with one having a more Health & Safety focus and the other a Maintenance focus. Full training will be provided.
Key duties of the Graduate Engineer are:
- Catalogue and log machinery into the internal system
- Review and verify health & safety documentation (e.g., risk assessments)
- Ensure all equipment is compliant with safety standards
- Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail
- Input maintenance schedules and servicing data
- Physically label machinery for easy identification by engineers
- Support the engineering team with accurate equipment tracking
Ideally you will have the following skills:
- Health & Safety awareness or interest
- Methodical and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working around industrial machinery and navigating a busy production environment
- Good IT/data entry skills
- Organised and proactive
- Engineering or Manufacturing based degree would be beneficial
