What you’ll do:
- Support monthly payroll processing with a third-party provider (Cintra)
- Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee records
- Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
- Respond to HR and payroll queries, escalating as needed
- Assist with onboarding, benefits, audits, and employee lifecycle admin
What you’ll need:
- A degree in HR or CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it)
- Strong admin and organisation skills
- Confidence using Excel and Microsoft Office
- Great attention to detail and communication skills
