With a strong reputation for precision, creativity, and craftsmanship—especially in bespoke joinery, marble, and luxury finishes, they deliver standout spaces for world-class clients.\\n\\nTo support our expanding pipeline, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor to lead and cost-control multiple concurrent fit-out projects.\\n\\n1. Project Manager\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nEnd-to-end management of high-end hospitality fit-out projects from pre-construction to handover.\\n\\nCoordinate all site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house joinery teams.\\n\\nManage site programs, logistics, and resource allocation.\\n\\nEnsure project delivery on time, on budget, and to exacting quality standards.\\n\\nLiaise with architects, designers, and client teams to resolve issues and deliver design intent.\\n\\nRegularly report on progress, cost, risks, and program.\\n\\nOversee installation of bespoke elements such as stone, marble, metalwork, and joinery.\\n\\nEnsure all health and safety requirements are met on site.\\n\\nRequired Experience & Skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Minimum 5 years in high-end fit-out or construction project management.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven delivery of luxury restaurant, hotel, or bar projects.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Deep knowledge of bespoke joinery, marble/stone finishes, and FF&E installation.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong scheduling, communication, and negotiation skills.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\\n\\n * \\n\\n CSCS, SMSTS (or equivalent) certification.\\n\\n2.

Quantity Surveyor\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage budgets, valuations, variations, and final accounts.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Source and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors, especially for specialist packages (joinery, stone, finishes).\\n\\n * \\n\\n Perform site measurements, valuations, and cashflow forecasting.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Work closely with the project team to identify cost-saving opportunities and avoid overruns.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Monitor procurement schedules and contract performance.\\n\\nRequired Experience & Skills\\n\\nMinimum 5 years as a QS in high-end interior fit-out or construction.\\n\\nTrack record in restaurants, hotels, or luxury retail projects.\\n\\nStrong commercial knowledge of specialist trades, particularly joinery and stone/marble.\\n\\nFamiliarity with JCT contracts and construction procurement.\\n\\nStrong Excel and quantity take-off skills (e.g. Bluebeam, CostX, etc.).\\n\\nDetail-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation ability.\\n\\nThey Offer\\n\\n * \\n\\n Opportunity to work on prestigious projects with leading hospitality brands.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supportive, fast-paced team environment.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Hybrid working (office/site/client-facing).\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive salary & performance bonuses Career growth within a dynamic and expanding company
