DVF are currently partnering with a leading London Market Insurance provider who are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager.

As a Senior Project Manager you will be supporting the business on the initiative to build a new Business Change Function. Typically the change and transformation projects have been delivered through individual functions or bespoke programmes; however, the build of a new Business Change Function will bring greater structure consistency and visibility to project delivery across the business.

My client is currently looking for individuals with the following:

• Must have proven London Market (insurance) experience acting as a Project Manager
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects
• Previous/ current experience shaping foundations of a new change function
• Experience defining best practices, implementing delivery frameworks and ensuring effective governance is in place etc.
