Managing Consultant | Transport | Birmingham 3 days per week | £550 – £650 a day | Inside IR35

Purpose-built to collaborate, we partner with other consultancies to provide blended one-team solutions to solve complex change across both public and private sectors.

Due to continued success across our transport portfolio, we are currently seeking a number of Change & Transformation Consultants to join our teams, delivering critical projects. Much of this work is around customer experience change within multi-modal / integrated transport systems, such as payment systems, ticketing systems, marketing, and retail.

As such, we are seeking consultants who specifically have relevant experience in customer experience / customer operations transformations within transport.
