Marketing Executive – IT Solutions Provider

Onsite – Watford | Up to £35,000 per annum

TechNET has partnered with a growing mid-sized IT solutions and services company, well established within the technology sector that have built a reputation for outstanding customer service and long-standing vendor relationships.

With continued growth across their commercial and technical teams, they’re now seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join their in-house marketing function.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, and social media.
• Designing eye-catching and on-brand marketing collateral, such as email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional visuals, using Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Maintaining consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing efforts to reinforce brand recognition.
• Analysing campaign metrics to assess success and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
• Assisting with social media scheduling and monitoring, with experience in platforms like HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools seen as a plus.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven background in a marketing role, ideally within technology or B2B sectors.
• Strong creative skills demonstrated through a diverse design portfolio.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and translate them into actionable improvements.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field would be advantageous but aren’t mandatory.
