Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be supporting an exponentially growing, multi‑site and market leader within its industry in the recruitment of a HR Manager.

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious HR Manager to take full ownership of the HR function and build it from scratch. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across all areas of HR, navigate different employment legislations, and play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth plans across all of Ireland and Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Build the HR function whilst providing strategic/operational HR support and driving organisational growth.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process to attract and retain top‑tier talent across all company sites.
• Devise and implement HR policies/procedures across multiple employment jurisdictions.
• Create and execute bespoke learning and development programs to foster a high‑performance culture.
• Utilise the HRIS system to upload and revise employee personnel data.
• Conduct HR reporting to monitor sickness absence, performance and retention.
• Provide specialist HR advisory support on all employee relations and performance.
• Launch HR projects to enhance employee wellbeing and productivity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience as a HR Manager.
• Excellent understanding of employment legislation.
• Skilled in end‑to‑end recruitment, devising training programmes and creating HR policies/procedures.
• Experienced in using HR systems, leading on ER cases and engaging in HR projects.
• Must be flexible to travel to Scotland and across Ireland.
