Software Engineer

Role Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong proficiency in both Python and Rust, along with familiarity with the crypto space and the overall trade lifecycle. They may come from a financial services background with a keen interest in crypto or have direct experience working within the crypto industry. Prior experience in a trading environment especially with high-frequency trading would be highly advantageous. A solid understanding of low-level systems, database implementation, and writing to databases is also important. Exposure to AWS is desirable. The candidate will join the technology team and contribute to a variety of projects, particularly focused on the OTC trading platform.

Key Skills and Experience

• Experienced with Rust and Python
• Ideally experience in a trading environment
• High frequency Trading knowledge
• Exposure to crypto – ideally professional experience but they could have gained strong exposure through personal interests/projects.
• Low level systems knowledge
• Knowledge of database implementation and writing to databases.
• Knowledge of AWS
