We’re looking for an International Corporate Move Manager to handle worldwide relocations, ideally with previous experience managing corporate accounts, though this is not essential. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing end-to-end international removals for clients across the globe
• Acting as the primary contact throughout the move lifecycle
• Coordinating international logistics, customs processes, and partner agents
• Ensuring compliance with global shipping and customs regulations
• Tracking and resolving shipment delays and issues proactively
• Collaborating with internal teams and global networks
• Maintaining accurate move records and documentation
• Delivering top notch customer service and timely updates
• Preparing tailored cost estimates and service offerings
• Supporting account teams with operational excellence
• Conducting post move feedback calls to ensure satisfaction
• Meeting all service level and performance targets

• What We’re Looking For:Previous experience in international relocation or moving services
• Exposure to corporate client account handling preferred but not required
• Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with CRM or move management software
• Organized and confident in managing multiple concurrent moves
