IT PMO Governance Manager, Project & Product, Waterfall, Agile, Part Remote IT PMO Governance Manager required to work for a Professional Services firm based in Central London. This is a hybrid role, and you will be expected to go into the office approximately twice a month. This is NOT a standard PMO Manager role, so please read carefully before applying. The purpose of the role is to help transition the PMO function from Waterfall to Agile. You will work in a complete Agile manner and continuously seek improvements on this journey. We want someone who enjoys the transformation side and is also happy managing the PMO function in an Agile manner in the future. We need you to have the following experience: Strong Leadership skills – proven ability to manage approximately 5 PMO Analysts, guiding them on this new journey and demonstrating experience in transitioning a PMO function from Waterfall to Agile, particularly from a Governance perspective. Solid and proven experience of governing in an Agile way. Understanding of Governance beyond just Delivery. You will work closely with the Governance department and must know what effective Governance looks like. Proven ability to work as part of a team, with examples of how you have embraced collaborative experiences.
