About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised, people-savvy Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Manchester office. This role combines recruitment, HR support, and office operations, acting as the bridge between our UK team and HQ in Dubai. From managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to handling day-to-day office needs, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring everything runs smoothly. What you'll do

  • Manage the full UK recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer process, and negotiation
  • Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes for UK employees
  • Act as the main point of contact for office-related matters: this includes managing deliveries, handling supplies, manage inventory and petty cash
  • Organise and support our popular sample sales
  • Plan and deliver engaging office event and employee initiatives
  • Maintain smooth HR and operations communication between the UK and our Dubai HQ, aligning on processes and policies
  • Assist in basic administrative and be the point of contact for the UK employees with HR related enquiries

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, operations, or administration
  • Knowledge of UK HR practices and a working understanding of payroll processes
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • A passion for people and creating a positive, high-performing work culture
  • Experience in a fast-paced, creative or startup environment is a plus
