Synapri have partnered with a Fintech business based in London looking to expand their team on a full time basis with a brand new Salesforce Administrator! This organisation is looking for someone to hit the ground running within their organisation working with a team supporting Salesforce, other SaaS tools and AI capabilities to make their organisation more efficient and to improve overall customer experience.

Location: 2-3 days onsite in London

Salary: up to £60,000 (DOE)

Skills required:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Proven ability to design and optimize data models, workflows, and complex system integrations
  • Experience with data management tools and a solid understanding of GDPR requirements
  • Experience of working within FinTech or Financial Services is a must
  • Strong knowledge of release management and version control practices
  • FSC or Ncino experience is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions
