Recruitment experience but no sector experience? No problem at all. You’ll work with consultants with 4-, 10-, and 25-years’ experience in this sector. No recruitment experience at all? Again, we will make sure that you’re well supported and mentored, after all, we really want you to be a success too. What do we need from you? * Experience of working to targets, or a hunger to do so. * Resilience, as even the most experienced Recruiters get told ‘no’ far more than they hear ‘yes’. * Be professional, on the phone, when meeting a client, and in the office. * Be hungry to learn and progress, and understand that putting the hard yards in during the first year or two will pay you back handsomely for many years to come. This is an office-based role where you will need to easily commute to Sutton Coldfield each day.
