We’re hiring an experienced Communications Manager to join a team at a leading global technology company. This is a 12-month contract role, based in London with a hybrid working model.

About the Role:

You’ll support the Group, delivering high-impact internal and executive communications across key markets in EMEA, APAC, Canada, and LATAM. Reporting to the International Communications Director, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that includes PR, social media, and influencer marketing leads. You’ll work closely with international marketing, people & culture, leadership teams, and regional business leaders to deliver aligned, consistent communications that drive clarity, engagement, and connection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver a global internal comms strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead internal and executive comms planning for EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Canada
  • Support and coach senior leaders on messaging, tone, and content strategy
  • Own the internal editorial calendar and manage delivery across multiple channels
  • Write, edit, and deliver compelling leadership comms, town hall content, and internal campaigns
  • Ensure consistent voice, messaging, and alignment across regions and teams
  • Analyse internal engagement data and continuously improve communication effectiveness
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and help shape organisational culture through impactful storytelling

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years in corporate, internal, or executive communications
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organisations
  • Excellent writing, editing, and strategic storytelling skills
  • Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and business leaders
  • Proficiency in digital comms tools and internal platforms (e.g., Slack, SharePoint, intranets)
  • Strong planning and project management capabilities
  • Data-driven approach to evaluating success and optimising communication efforts
