Our Cosy Club Oxford is looking for a passionate and driven Head Chef. In this role, you will do more than run a restaurant; you will be the driving force behind delivering unforgettable guest experiences while maximising sales, boosting bookings, and leading and developing a passionate team.

As one of our Head Chefs, you could earn in the region of circa £60,000 per year:

  • Base Salary: Up to £50k per year depending on experience
  • Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £10k per annum
  • Bonus: Up to £5k potential annual bonus
  • Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required
