You will collaborate with a developing procurement team to enhance business performance by delivering high-quality strategic advice and implementing effective procurement strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient support for various indirect (non-clinical) business needs, including:

- Utilities
- Waste Management
- FM
- Marketing

- Relevant procurement experience, including supplier negotiation, tendering, and contract management.
- Maintain a customer-centric focus with a growth mindset to manage various and sometimes conflicting priorities and challenges.
- Skilled in supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, building strong supplier relationships, and monitoring Service Level Agreements.
- Utilise logic and proven methodologies to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; able to identify hidden issues and look beyond the obvious to avoid stopping at the first answer.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve performance in line with contractual KPIs.
