Responsibilities

Develop sales opportunities via inbound leads and outbound calls and emails.

Understand customer needs and create tailored business plans.

Route qualified opportunities to sales teams for further development.

Identify key decision-makers, build relationships, and maintain a robust database of prospects.

Perform online product demos, advise clients, and support sales with upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Ensure contract compliance and manage monthly reporting.

Serve as a point of contact for customer queries and escalations.
Requirements

Proven experience in inside sales with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding quotas.

Skilled in making and receiving high-volume calls.

Strong communication, listening, and presentation abilities.

Able to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

Proficient in CRM platforms.

College degree or equivalent experience.
