JSS are exclusively partnered with a leading, listed Private Equity firm on a variety of roles right now. I am keen to speak with bright, driven ACAs with a strong track record across professional training and academics. The ideal candidates will have experience not necessarily with PE or Asset Management, but with large and listed, complex Groups.
Role highlights:
- Review and production of financial reporting for each PE board and on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Financial reporting to include platform-level budgets, forecasts, detailed cost reporting, variance analysis, and longer-term projections.
- Work with Fund Administration, Portfolio Monitoring & HR to generate consistent platform-level reporting for each board.
- Work with finance teams across the Group to deliver consistent financial reporting across all platforms.
- Oversight and analysis of accounting data prepared by outsourced administrators and internal finance teams.
- Preparation of budgets and ongoing monitoring of performance compared to budget.
- Support in the preparation of segmental financial forecasts and projections.
- Drive improvement of processes and controls in the financial reporting process.

Candidate requirements:
- ACA qualified - 1st time passes.
- Senior Manager or significant Audit Manager experience from Big 4/Top 10 practice OR in-house experience with a large and listed Group company.
- Big 4/Top 10 Audit training with experience with Large/Listed Group companies.
- Highly driven and proactive mindset.
- Any sector experience (PE experience not required).
